Face ID
For over a year that I’ve been using this app, setting up Face ID on a new iPhone running the latest iOS has consistently failed. Have yet to get Face ID to work on this app.

Missing dot on number pad?
There is no dot on the number pad to key in for decimal point?
Horrible App
How come this app just redirects to the website. Get developers to write a new app. It’s hard to believe that is an app of multibillion company….
Terrible app!!!
Not intuitive to navigate at all and just clunky… incredible
Horrible outdated app
Really hard to believe that we are managing thousands of dollars using this stone age platform! With all the fees you guys collecting , at least can make this app user friendly and up to date with the latest shares prices! It takes over a day to update the actual share price! How to manage our investments like that?!?!?!
Terrible
How can the Fidelity accept such a horrible app. Such a lazy work. All they did was just load up web version of their site on the app. Might as well just use browser.
Needs improvement
When accepting grants etc you have to click on the pdf’s - which open but then there is no way to go back ! Thus can’t accept grants using this app. I agree with the other reviewers - this app needs some serious work , this is an app that acts like a browser from 2000 / just plain horrible.
No improvement after one year?
The apps is very terrible. It will send you to some website and will hang.. It had been one year since I last used this. I reinstalled it recently and it is still terrible..Can't fidelity improve on it?
Rubbish
All it does is simply load up the webpage inside/through the app. Best part is webpages causes all browsers to hang/crash. Both Chrome and Safari. Do not use till fixed.
