Better uninstall
Let me save you some time. This app is just a webapp, I’d suggest everyone to uninstall and use the browser instead. The app screenshots don’t actually match the app.
Deadslow resonse
Instead of developing such deadslow app better not to have app at all
Cannot view or download statement
All the app does is wrap up the website inside a wrapper and open it in the app, one would be better going to the website and opening it. Secondly, there is no way of seeing or downloading the statement in the app 😞
Intermittent login issue
Intermittently observing issue with login and resintalling app works. This is concerning
Desktop browser in App
Pathetic UI and features. It’s just that you’ve added an app for your website login. I might as well use the web browser rather than using this app which is waste of space on my phone. Put your app design team to work. Disappointed!

This application is a perfect example of how an application should not be built.

Looks like it was developed a 15 yrs ago when mobile didn’t exist. Pathetic UI UX Like a website from era of 90s. Not even usable on mobile. Better use Morgan Stanley broker, their Shareworks app at my last workplace was a piece of cake to use.
App experience is bad
The app feels like it was designed by an 15 year old. Not at all intuitive and not optimized for mobile
UI is broken for non-US users
