Don't ever leave minimum amounts of money in this garbage service because they won't let you withdraw it. This is a shady business run by heart corrupt people.

É cheio de taxa, para alguem te transferir dinheiro tem taxa, para voces mandar o pix para si mesmo tem taxa. Inclusive nesse momento estou tentando fazer um pix para mim mesmo e diz que o valor minimo é de 159,72 e o valor max de 25,69. Sim vc nao leu errado o valor minimo é aquele e o valor max é menor. App bugado por que se o minimo é 25,69 e eu estou tentando transferir 26,59 e ele nao libera.

Estou há 2 meses tentando esperar algum suporte! Vou levar ao reclame aqui, porque nem competência tem pra poder colocarem em opção pra editar seus próprio dados “dentro do aplicativo” sendo a mesma coisa que o site. Qual a dificuldade? Caraca.
Péssimo aplicativo.
O App é muito complicado e nada intuitivo, uma conversão de valores e ordem de compra foi criada sem minha autorização. Perdi de lucrar em uma venda programada que aguardava a meses. Ou seja, um lixo!

Me fizeram um pagamento em dólar, e o netteler sem me perguntar converteu em real, e eu quero meu valor em Dolar. Lamentável ter q pagar conversão sem querer.
