At first I thought NETELLER was a good idea. But sheesh it’s just a waste of my time and money. First of all, they put limits to my withdrawal even though I’ve verified my account. Secondly they take a 7.5% fee from your withdrawals which is absurd for someone who tries to send money back home. I’m good with this app and this company. I’m moving on to a better app with no limits and without ridiculous fees. Thank you!

They’ll refuse to give you your money. And say transaction failed for months until they finish your money on inactivity charges.

I did a withdrawal and haven’t received my funds at all
I deposited funds from Skrill. Now my funds are stuck in the NETELLER App. Seems it can’t be withdrawing to my bank account. I sent support several messages but replies are delayed and irrelevant
This app is extremely poor, Neteller is extremely out of date, there is no in app support and they take days to respond. When having a security issue or verification issue, the app insists you check the website, when going into the website, it says to verify through the app!! Eventually uninstalling and reinstalling helped, the document capture section is appalling. It can’t detect the edges of documents on multiple surfaces with different light, eventually the image ends up being too close and cuts the corners. Also, why does Neteller only restrict your account AFTER a certain point that funds are added? It doesn’t warn you and say you will need to verify something, it just simply locks you out. Waste of time and slow support.
