unfortunately I have to give one star for the payments on card 2 (horrible 5 days in 2024 to receive a payment 1 star for customer service that does not exist does not respond 3 stars for adding money with another card where is the customer service???

Their support is horrible.‼️ If at any point you have a problem and try to write to support for help they will not read it, they will just send random e-mail templates with useless information. Seven tickets, and counting, i have opened for one problem, they don’t help, they don’t say if it’s possible or not, they just send random solutiona to stuff unrelated to the topic. They make it really hard for you to withdrawal, they ignore you. ‼️‼️STAY AWAY‼️‼️
I send the documents to verify my adress, they said that it took up to 1hour, but already takes 2days, and my money are locked in the worst money app! Never use again

Please pay attention !!!!!don’t do the same mistake !!! I wanted to whitdraw money from poker stars (24$ - cause they blocked an account , but take the money ) and to get them out I had to pay 1$ ... ok .. and to withdraw the money out from this thief app I had to pay 10$ ... and I have left with 12$ ... it’s very good to make money from other like this !!! I used their service in order to get $34 out of my Pokerstars account. It took a week to be able to verify my bank account as they are initially sending a small amount under $1 to your account and you have to specify the exact amount that you received in order to be able to use that account. Non sense process, you already add all the private data of your bank account, so this is just a stupid extra step. A week later I verified my bank account and I found out that I have to pay a fee of $10 out of the $34 that I was about to withdraw. Are you guys serious? You’re charging $10 for offering the worst money transfer service that I’ve ever experienced?! It must be fun making a living out of ripping off other people.
Can’t verify my account, because at the step of camera verification the website doesn’t open my camera. Facebook verification doesn’t work either! After i deposited money, i am asked to verify account and can’t use my money! The app tells me to update but there is no update! I ask to be contacted by someone from NETELLER or i am starting to think this is a SCAM!
