This company is so useless after first transaction they restricted my account saying need more verification. Now they are not replying about my Email and call. I can’t even withdraw my money back.

No refund status or any response

So I deposited 20 dollars and they showed success on the app but did not credit . They debited the amount and now there is no customer service who can respond to mail ?

Money Scamming Platform

I made this account few years ago and had put couple hundred USD in this platform for using it online. Could not use the funds as i moved counties. Since then these guys have been charging me 5 USD as inactivity fee for past many years and now i have only left with 55 USD. Even credit card companies are more ethical than this company who keep robbing dormant accounts.

I make account and verify my documents till no issues when i make international transfers after payment confirm within 5 hr they blocked my accounts for no reason i think i am smart first verify then do anything but they blocked thank god i didn’t paid amount to them be alert guys when you make any transaction after few hours your account going to suspend. I also think don’t believe in review but this happens to me now i think reviewers are right.

MY HONEST REVIEW..MY FUND STUCK IN NETTELER ACCOUNT..AND THEY CANT APPROVE MY VERIFICATION REQUEST FROM 1 WEEK..I TRIED EVER POSSIBLE WAY TO VERIFIED ACCOUNT..BUT THERE CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS VERY CHEAP..AND TODAY NETTELER PERMANENTLY BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT..WHAT SHOULD I DO TO WITHDRAW MY BALANCE FROM NETTELER NOW

Fraud App

After submitted all my documents (Passport, utility bill , Driving license) the verification of my account is still in process and my funds are stuck. Beware and don’t deposit

Irritating Application

I am trying couple of time for identification but got rejected every time. Very irritating application for identification. Your identification system is very poor. I uninstalled this application. I will find another application for Monday transfer which identifies human’s.

Stealing your money is the main objective of this company.

I opened my account and added rupees 1000 and after that i was told that you have to verify your account to make transactions.After that I uploaded my personal documents and I don’t know why they got rejected and again I tried different documents but they again rejected my document again.They have permanently closed my account and I am not able to withdraw my own money.I have registered a complaint more than ten times but they are still saying the same.I haven’t experienced this in my entire lifetime.Worst app ever.
