The amounts of hoops u have to jump through to get international connection even after you have secured an international data sim card is unbeliveable. Connecting to the device for admin setting is a joke. Does not work, both by pc or phone app. Admin pass word does not work.

Excellent and useful
Easy to connect using the Netgear Mobile app. 🕵️♂️ Can’t change default USERID (admin). 🪫🔋 No way to check battery level, which is critical while traveling (corrected, I found the battery level). 🔐 App continually loses login credentials meaning you have to enter your password each time
This app is horrible! When I get sign in, the app crashes and goes back to the sign in page. And this has been going on for months!
Can you update to keep it to where I can see the data usage on the app for more than 2 seconds?

Unable to even find much less use with the 6500
