Katastrophe!!!

das darf ja wohl nicht wahr sein. ich habe mit netgear bereits schlechte erfahrungen gemacht, aber das schlägt alles!

Router und App

Der Router ist sehr gut, die App eine Katastrophe. Zudem antwortet die Firma nicht auf Supportanfragen. Anscheinend haben sie es nicht nötig!

Easy mit Netgear Nighthawk M2

War sehr einfach den mobilen Router Nighthawk M2 (MR2100) und die Mobile-App einzurichten und zu betreiben. Die Verbindung 4G ist stabil und schnell.

Schlechtes und benutzer-unfreundliches Handling

Der Router ist eine coole technische Lösung. Das App ist ein Desaster vom Handling und den Einstellungen her.

Zu umfangreich für das Handy…

Zu umfangreich für das Handy - ich arbeite lieber am Computer. Am 2.3.2022 habe ich einen neuen Netgear-Router gekauft, es hatte keine Installationsanleitung dabei. Gut war, dass bei der Inbetriebnahme ein Link erschien, den man zur Installation aktivieren und so den Router konfigurieren konnte.

Eingabe der Zugangsdaten funktioniert nicht!

Beim Öffnen der App wird ein Feld für die Eingabe der Zugangsdaten geöffnet. Leider startet das Feld innerhalb weniger Sekunden immer wieder neu, was die Eingabe der Logindaten verunmöglicht. Somit kann die App nicht bedient werden! Bitte asap korrigieren!

Erkennt nach erfolgreicher Installation weder Passwort noch Router

Noch viel Luft nach Oben

Wenn Sie msl kann was das WEB-Interface dann gibt es 5Punkte. Meldung für UpDates der Firmware ware auch sinnvoll.
