Why app doesn’t support MR1100?

I had this app on my Galaxy S9 and it worked perfectly. I switched to iPhone XS Max and app prompted that it doesn’t support my router! May I ask developers why? My router is unlocked from Ooredoo group.

Logging out always, battery low not notifying

Every time need to login, should stay login always, Battery low notifications not sending.

I’m very disappointed with the app and the NetGear router M1

Freezing and crashing...

1- can’t reply to inbox sms “each time I tried to reply to sms it freezes for a while then says that my router isn’t supported by the app”. 2- it logs out by itself alot and sometimes it crashes while logging in.
