BFTN Problem
Dear support team, আশাকরি ভালো আছেন, আমি গত কয়েক দিন আগে Islami Bank Bangladesh Ltd. এর একটি Joint Account এ Nexus Pay থেকে BFTN করতে গিয়ে করতে পারলাম না! আমার মনে হয়েছে, Account Holder’s Name: এ বিশ শব্দের বেশি লিখা যাচ্ছে না তাই আমি পুরো নাম লিখতে পারিনি। যার কারণে আমি Nexus pay থেকে BFTN করতে পারলাম না। আমার মনে হলো এই বিষয়টা আপনাদের জানানো দরকার। তাই জানালাম। ধন্যবাদ।

iOS Login Problem
I complaint through 16216, no feedback from there, last one month I m facing a problem, after registration and verification by proper procedures with your call centre when I again try to log in it shows that “please select a mobile operator” What is the solution? Your cc forward a mail to your IT department but they are careless.They didn’t take any initiative to solve the issue.
