Very outdated app . Add more features like Face Recognition, Bkash fund transfer, OTP channel through email. Open and close term deposits

Please add a virtual visa debit card feature to the application such as mtb, city bank, ucb bank mobile app add that option.

It was a real hassle to use this app from abroad. As an account holder, my money was literally stuck in the account, and I couldn’t even withdraw it using the app since I’m currently overseas. The money transaction process from overseas users should be much more easier. DBBL really needs to work on this.

Their new KYC after phone change is not functional at all! It shows Network error! Noooo my internet connection is ok! YOUR APP is not working at all! Either hire good developer in your company or give a good salary to your employees so that they can do decent work! LOL

I feel uncomfortable for this banking otp channel.... I will rate 5 star if the banking otp channel to Email ... Like others bank .... One of worst feature is reward card if I mistakely transacted to reward card it's look impossible to withdraw my cash and not allowing to transfer other without making payments or another method... I can't make a receipt if I don't take the receipt instant after sending the money .... Many feature should be developed... Many feature to update like Brack Bank, Bank Asia... But banking system really fine ..... Whatever need more development.. Hopefully it'll better soon

Definitely best and simplest process applied in this apps which accessible for everyone! I would recommend using to everyone.

Need the option to remove the biller permanently from my biller of bill pay option.there are a lot of unneeded billers in my biller list which are not needed anymore. Also Need the option to remove the beneficiary permanently from beneficiary option.there are a lot of unneeded beneficiaries in beneficiary list which are not needed anymore.

You don't have to compare this app with other renowned banking app of bangladesh like MTB smart Banking, City Touch, EBL sky banking etc. Just Compare this APP with any Government Owned Bank like Sonali Bank or Janata Bank, then you will understand why I am saying that DBBL's Nexus Pay is the worst banking APP in Bangladesh.
