I downloaded the app and can’t login. Can you help?

The app is good but I think they have to improve to let parents members to add our kids card too that would be much better and easy for parents went they want to change our kid PCP and do other stuff without call and wait till someone answers

App wont open says i need to update it and i already have.

I would have given it zero stars if possible. It doesn’t load.

App says it need a an update with the latest software.

Please do something with the app, it doesn’t work at all

When I go into the app it says ‘app update required’ I have the app fully updated, so I just can’t access the app. Very frustrating

Until they fix this issue it’s pointless to even download the app. It loads to the main screen and advises you to download latest version to the app, once you click download, it takes you to the App Store where it doesn’t say down load, it just prompts you to open the app. Complete joke, going on 1 month trying to delete an re download to maybe get different results. The complaints are all here developers are you ever going to do something about this?

Keep asking me to update app, even though I have the latest version.

App isn’t working 4/30/24 you cannot sign in. I called Horizon on it now I’m letting you know as well.
