Great for beginners
I started using this when I knew nothing about the gym and was so nervous. She walks you through everything and after following it consistently i feel so strong and confident in the gym. Completely worth it.

Why? I hear you say? 1-multiple plans depending on your fitness level, equipment, environment and prefered frequency. 2-the ability to switch to an equivalent exercice during your training (!!!) Don’t have to wait if the gym is busy or don’t have to do an exercise that you just hate. 3-videos and step by step explanation for every exercise! No shame if you didn’t know how to properly do something and no need to open YouTube all the time. 4-delicious recipes (see how I didn’t use the word diet here) with new drops every now and then. 5- (saved the best for last) NO BURPEES EVER. My opinion may or may not be biased because I have been following nobs since way before the lauch of this app, but I figured most of you stopped reading at this point. Never in my life have I finished a program before and I did 3 with nobs! Also the app is always improving because the developers actually listen to what we want 🫶🏻 it just keeps getting better. So so worth it.
I’ve been using nobs for about a year. In that time I’ve seen great improvement in my strength and endurance. The workouts are well put together, compliment the yoga and cardio that I do, and have the stamp of approval from my daughter who is a chiropractor.
This app is the best. No fat shaming, no weigh-ins, no food tracking. Just a place to work out and feel good. Love it.
This app isn’t nearly worth the money she’s asking when every fitness class or recipe you could ever dream of exists online literally for free. The affirmations are not nuanced and fake woke. The whole premise is how do I make quick money while I’m insta famous. Hehe.
I’ve been on an anti-diet journey for a couple of years now, and was ready to step up my movement practice but was avoiding anything fat-shaming or diet-y. This app is awesome and gives me the direction I need, without putting any focus on my weight or measurements. My ONE complaint is that the weight tracking for reps always defaults back to kgs so I have to change it to lbs for every single round- it would be awesome to just choose one and stick with it. Otherwise, obsessed! I’ve finished my first week of workouts and I already feel SO MUCH BETTER, stronger, less body pain etc. It’s great!
As someone who is plus sized, working out has been very intimidating but this app is amazing and SUPER beginner friendly. For the first time I actually look forward to working out rather than running away. I love the recipes - so far I’ve tried the avocado pasta and the mushroom risotto and they are to die for! The daily affirmations are super motivating as well! The app is a little glitchy at times but I’m hoping it will improve as time goes on! Apart from that it is absolutely wonderful!
