This app gave me the confidence to go to the weight areas in the gym! I love that the focus is not weight loss but confidence. The only negative is that I would love to have more modifications for certain movements.

Doesn’t seem to be able to tell whether or not I have done an exercise. Sometimes I skip one if I’m short on time and it still says 100% complete. Sometimes it will bug out and I have to go back and re-record my sets because they haven’t registered.

This app has been motivating me to exercise 3+ times a month for the last 4 months. A first! Very easy to follow and has increased my confidence in using gym equipment loads!

Easy follow. Simple to use. Varied plans for each day - I hate doing the same thing over and over! Recommend for anyone, I’m currently doing the home workout program but can’t wait to start the gym program after! The only downside is that sometimes the progress bar goes up to 110% and you have a few surprise extra exercises to do!

Love this app! I enjoy the gym but always get stuck with workouts, now I don't have to worry. Great workouts adaptable for your skill level, great videos to show you how to do the exercises! Would recommend for beginners and for seasoned workout-ers! thanks!

I’m really liking the app and I think it will really help me back into a healthier lifestyle. The main issue is it doesn’t work well in a small phone at all. I have an iPhone SE and a lot of the screens end up all muddled with information overlapping. During the workouts, I can see the full exercise video. During the circuit, I can’t see them at all. I can chose how to track - weight or body weight- because the information is overlapping and I can’t click either.

I love the way you can work through the different levels on nobs, it really helps with progressing at the gym. The app is really easy to use and is so much better than any other fitness app I have downloaded.

After taking a break from exercise this was the perfect fitness app. It’s nothing like other fitness apps I’ve used. I love that I can adjust how many times a week I will work out and also the clips to guide you through exercises are super helpful and make me feel more confident. Being able to choose alternative exercises is also a game changer!
