This app is broken
The UI is broken: only the right keyboard is visible on the iPad. From reading the reviews it’s been a issue for a long time so this is abandonware at this point. I wish apple would kick their ass because I’ve invested in sounds.

Terrible app
No update in years. You can’t use the swam sounds in garageband. It seems to be abandoned by the developer. It is sad.
Abandoned by the developers
As the title suggests. This app hasn’t been updated in 3 years, which make it pretty annoying to use. Very dissapointing for us who also bought the hardware this works with.
Dark screen
I can’t see the left side of the screen (too dark), so not usable
Broken in latest iOS versions
Not usable since around iOS 14.4 (UI controls not accessible in the main screen). Roli has dropped this product and is not keeping it working, when it was already good and only needed a few things to be great (e.g. connect to MIDI over USB for reduced latency, landscape mode, better interoperability with other music apps). 😥The end of a good app. What will I do now, my whole live setup doesn’t work after I spent >€1000 on Roli products for this? Not all Noise sounds are in Equator, you can’t just swap. Roli lost a big supporter here. I know they are in financial problems but keep fixing things, we don’t mind paying for a new version that works. Please do it guys, keep your fans happy! 🙏
Screen is to dark after ipad updates
This app Needs an update.
Can be good but for now it’s not workable
A lot of bugs unfortunately... seaboard block not working smooth, like glide etc.
Werkt niet op iPhone
Roli maakt prachtige dingen. Ik heb zelf een Seaboard en ben ook erg blij met bijbehorende synths. Noise is ook weer een prachtig werkje, maar werkt totaal niet op mijn iPhone. Tempo versneld en vertraagd en veel verstoring van het signaal. Niet werkbaar.
This app is awesome! But is needs some love, ROLI!
This app is all you need to get started in music production. Buying a ROLI lightpad block or a complete song maker kit (like I did) will definitely help, but is not absolutely necessary, especially in the beginning. You’ll be amazed at what you can create right out of the box. The additional sound kits are really, really good. When you install a lot of sound packs the app does become a little sluggish and buggy though. The integration from the app with Ableton live works fine, it’s just too bad you can’t import your work as midi-files. All midi polyphonic expression is lost and that’s a bummer for post processing. Being able to tweak sounds in post that were initially created in the app would help me sooooo much. The same goes for the effects, that as of yet can not be recorded, and are therefore not much more than a gimmick right now. It’s a real pity the app has stopped evolving months ago. There is so much more untapped potential for Noise. In my opinion Roli is letting it’s users down in the update department. Nonetheless four stars from me. Really hope the app gets some much deserved attention soon so I can bump it up to five!
Lack of awareness for computer security
One can’t copy and paste their password from a password manager into the app, because pasting doesn’t work. This forces the user to use simple passwords.
