I never activated the app, was charged and cannot canceled or get a refund
Scam!
After sending a message to cancel my subscription they charge me 6 months later with a 114€ bill. Don’t suscribe
Unable to cancel subscription
I purchased a 2-month subscription but decided not to extend after this period. I received confirmation that my account will be closed, however discovered that the company went ahead and extended the subscription for another 2 months without any warning that the payment will be taken out of my account. I had to approach them 2 times to request a refund. Avoid!
Theft alert!!!!!!!
I paid for the trial and canceled my subscription on both the app of Noom as in my I-tunes account within the experimental period. Even though cancellation was confirmed Noom debited 124€ and does not return my money after my complaint. It is a SCAM company and I will not stop until I get the full refund.
Scam
You should clarify that this app is PAID before making me lose at least 20minutes of my time answering to your questionary about my lifestyle…
Don’t fall for it
I subscribed for a trial, Does not work, they just took £75 of my account without the possibility of return, when you log in, there is no way to use the App, its a big scam
Do not even try the trial
I tried the 1 month trial and was not enjoying that much so I cancelled after like 10 days, they said i still had the remaining 20 days but then took my access. Unprofessional, do not recommend
THEY STEAL MONEY
I signed up for the 14-day trial and paid only €1 as supposed and agreed for the trial. The next day €30 left my account without justification or authorization. CAREFUL. THEY STEAL!!
Don’t fall into this trap
I thought I was getting a lot of support throught the questionaire and was prompts only to do a trial of 11€. When all of the sudden I’m being charged more than 10x of the money. Tried to cancel my subscription but I think they took my money for good.
