First of all let me say that in my weight loss journey, which has started and continues with Noom, I have saved the subscription cost many times over in grocery and food bills alone. How much more is my own health worth?
Noom’s encouragement to step on the scale every morning, the meals log, they daily lessons, the water drinking prompts and the friendly, understanding approach are all indispensable. I yearn for my daily Noom coin. Replaced food addiction with that? Why not?
I am well paced on track to lose 1/3 of my starting weight in fat, and for that I am picking up additional knowledge and tools. Those come and go as needed. But nom is my map and compass in this adventure.
They wouldn’t let me cancel my subscription!!!
I paid for the trial subscription (14 days) and tried to cancel my automatic renewal. “Surprisingly” their system was down every time I clicked on the “cancel subscription” button (“internal server error”). After all these attempts, I just canceled my automatic renewal in my PayPal account.
Real thieves, stay away! I am disgusted!

Possible Scam
I was never able to log into my account, even though i paid 11€ for free trial.
Both app and website did not seem to recognise my account details. Site works perfectly until you pay!!
I would suggest you stay away!
They are taking advantage of vulnerable people wanting to lose weight.
There is no way to unsubscribe ?
I recently paid 1$ for a two week trial for Noom, but I found it very complicated and demanding of my time so I decided to cancel my subscription, through the app.
At that point, you expressed your disappointment and even offered a substantial discount so that I would continue to be a customer, but again I turned it down. All this through the app also.
But when the two week trial period ended, you just charged me 99$ on my Revolut card, which thankfully didn’t have that amount, you continue to send me in-app messages, although you see that I stopped using it long ago, if I ever used it at all, my Revolut card keeps sending me messages that there was an attempt to charge me those 99$, you still don’t get the hint that I do not wish to continue, otherwise I would have paid you, and on top of this all, ……
THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT YOU TO EXPLAIN THAT YOU ARE MAKING A BLOODY MISTAKE. STOP TRYING TO CHARGE ME AND ACCEPT MY CANCELLATION IMMEDIATELY AND DON’T BOTHER ME AGAIN !!! NOOM !!!
False claims with subscriptions
I signed up for a trial subscription and they charged me right away and when I asked for a refund they told me to get in touch with Apple. In the settings it was showing that I had a trial period but in apple’s subscription there was no trial. They stopped answering me after I started asking questions.
I month with noom !
Haven’t lost any weight yet !! At least I’m stable
Bad Management
I wasn’t using app for a long time and forgot about auto-renewal. And I was charged auto renewal without warning that my subscription is ending!
Awesome App
It is the ideal way of loosing weight. You are trained but the significant difference is the psychology you learn regarding food.

You spent 15 minutes in the app answering questions and in the end it says 50€ per month or you have just wasted 15 minutes from your life.
