Service after sales
Service after sales is the worst ever! If it’s always good with your orders it’s perfect but the time you’ll have a problem you can be sure that no one will assist you correctly. I highly recommend Talabat instead of Noon
A joke
I ordered groceries at 9am from the app and it mentioned “delivered” while the order still didn’t reach. Within the day, I contacted the chat 10 times and i always get those pre populated message of “thanks for understanding” “we re working on your request” “someone will reach out to you” with no success. When finally someone called (at 7pm) they promised a delivery within 1 hour and it didn’t reach 3 hours later

Bad item and Bad after sales service
Bad item look like it was used before It was for my brother birthday but I can t give him like that !! And all user manual is in chiness No english and no Arabic ! So same day I buy it, I make a return back demand and since 3 day they inform me that someone come to take it today, and I m still waiting !
Noon food really sucks
It's been 3 or 4 times when I cancel my order saying that it's not available so why is it on the menu if every time it's not available I don't recommend ordering rather on talabat or Deliveroo
