Noon has tons of fake reviews! The chat support scams you. They pretend to can give refunds.
I wait over 1h not for the first time on my food delivery becaus the driver from noon do not their job. They doing groceries or whatever and forget my delivery. When I contact the support they just say sorry. And for sure no cancellation is possible. Although they see they driving from me away. Cancelled my subscription. Never again. This company is just looking for profit not for service.
