The food category is always disappearing
I don’t know why but I every time I try to order food from a restaurant in noon the food category disappears and I did try to uninstall the application and reinstall it but the same thing keeps happening!!
They send empty boxes. Take care
They sent to me empty box, in the beginning they refused to return my money but I received the box in my work place and the cameras were recording everything. Be careful with them
Customer experience = 0
Incredibly bad service, the app is basically lying to you pretending things are shipped and when you call them to ask where it is about they tell you it’s not shipped yet. Furthermore, their express service is just yet another lie to make you pay more, they are never on time. Good job guys!

Keep canceling my order
After waiting for the delivery date of the bought item, they canceled my order, happened on different times and different items. Without any notifications or warning. And all that even happened after the due delivery date and not before!!

We have requested liquid spray for hair through noon When I received the liquid is leaking for the pack I contacted their support and what they do just initiate return request after long conversation I believe they have to do better and make sure of costumer satisfied also delivery agent need to put plenty on him or seller
