Does what it says…
People who don’t know what they are doing really shouldn’t write bad reviews for apps. Not sure what people expect. It works.
Waste of Money one at a time uploads
Absolute dire App to upload an item From your iPhone you have to do it individually no block Uploads not even 2 items at a time. Then when uploaded you can view a thumbnail someone know what what all you see as thumbnail is Nordlocker symbol for every item and a number below. Useless. I paid up front ripoff . No online decent guidance they could at least upload 10 Guide videos of how to use probably don’t as people Could see how dire it is. Then to download you can’t find what you want as no thumbnail and then can’t download to iPhone . Avoid
Rubbish - doesn’t work
Don’t bother. It’s rubbish and doesn’t work as described. Furthermore, it’s almost impossible to delete account when you decide you don’t actual want the service that doesn’t work anyway. Wish I hadn’t got sucked in with their cut price offer on their email marketing.
Ridiculously slow
Ridiculously slow uploading and downloading of files! Makes it completely useless. Will be asking for a refund. Very disappointing, should have read the reviews before purchasing.
Definitely not Dropbox
I was going to use this as a secondary back up storage location for my photos but I have to upload every single photo individually. What a farce. Deeply disappointed. Is it too late to get my money back?
Lacks key features
Could be a great product but features are seriously lacking compared to rivals. Security is good but mobile app (iOS) is practically useless. Even basics like preview of photos in a folder is absent so you have to go in and open each picture then preview to find the one you are looking for. Needs a ux upgrade desperately.
Not great
**Update**: It does work. However you have to have it open on your screen the entire time (change phone settings to prevent screen from locking). This is rather ironic given the security the app boasts! You also do not get any bar or % of upload completed. Could be 1% or 99%. You also do not get to see preview thumbnails. You have to rely on the name of the file. 1 star remains 1 star, as the iOS app is not very good at all - particularly as a paid user. Doesn’t work, I’m afraid. It may well do online, I’m not sure. I wanted it to upload pictures and videos from my albums on my iPhone. Sadly, it says “Uploading” and it just spins. Then it stops spinning and says uploading. Several hours later on one file…. Still not uploaded. Doesn’t perform what it says the apps for! So, it can’t be given any more stars sadly.
Works fine
The app opened no problem at all on my iPad. Set up was easy. It’s security is good. The files I wanted were there. The only limitation is it appears to only work in landscape which is a nuisance on an iPad. The free version does all I need. The security is better than Dropbox in terms of privacy.
Getting Better
Its definitely getting better which is always a good thing. My main gripes with it now are the following. I would like be able to add files directly from my device via the Files and Photos app. I don’t see an option for this when looking through settings on my devices. More importantly though, Touch ID to be implemented as soon as possible. This would make the app very usable without having to log in or input a master password all the time.
