After an initial hiccup things went right
A private email client with a free tier for private every day use. Works well, easy to use. Thank you, just what I was looking for.

Set it up, locked out shortly after for no reason, can’t be bothered with it.
An excellent app with encrypted emails and really looking forward to using this. Would be useful if there was a notification reminder to login monthly if possible.
Have been unable to log in to this app for significant period of time, but thought I’d give another try today. Was surprised to find that my account has been deleted (along with the contents that were pretty important to me) due to lack of use, and that the only way to recover is to open a new paid for account. That’s terrible customer service! I do understand that you need to clear down inactive accounts, but you really need to warn your customer before you do so.
I used 4g mobile data internet connection to register and they are making me wait 48 hours to use my new email. This is disgusting they claim to be all for privacy but yet they discriminate against people who use a shared IP address
Why can’t we block the spam emails without having to open them to then send to trash /spam box - the latter accruing a lot again! Why can’t I report dosm emails either hinge back to square one with this email provider - whatever feed us given Dali’s on deaf ears fiends even listen to customers
Very pleased to see unlimited email addresses for custom domains. Way to go 👍 Now, what about that email export that was announced many months ago...?
The app keeps on just getting stuck. Cannot do anything after a while, so I just have to delete the app and reinstall again! Apart from that it is really good. Frustration guys!!
Tutanota is a great provider, free from the terrors of Google and Microsoft. Fundamentally, Tutanota is good, and the fact they run on renewable energy is also a bonus. However, I prefer using ProtonMail, partly due to the nicer design. I also prefer that Proton can block trackers in emails whereas Tutanota can only block all remote connections, which can cause some issues.
I’ve been using Tutanota for 2 years+ on a paid subscription. The app and desktop is updated regularly and easy to setup. Technically, I trust the independent reviews and checks of the code source and encryption used. Initially, not be able to use it on the thunderbird was a minus override with the clean easy to use desktop app.
