I love this app. However, I’ve noticed that whenever I open the app, I have to wait for my notes to load after I updated a version of it, which makes quick note-taking difficult. I hope this issue can be addressed soon.

It will make it easier to use cross devices

I had an issue, butt later during the day the note reappeared: I wrote a note on my iPad, and then opened another app. When I got back to Notability, the note was nowhere to be found. Which is kinda bad. Very bad. The writing experience is quite good. But well, this is supposed to save the notes. So a quite good app for writing, but may have done quirks.

I have really been enjoying the app. Unfortunately as soon as I trusted it it failed. After last update it lost some of my notes and they seem to have been lost forever. Unfortunately some of those notes are really important. I feel betrayed.

For a while now, renaming notes on iPad has been very troublesome. Personally I always do it by tap-and-hold in the library (not opening the actual note and changing it from there, because this takes longer and always requires scrolling all the way up), but it seems to never work nowadays. Please fix this bug asap as it’s been bugging for a good minute. Also, when you have notability visible in split view/screen with e.g. safari/google, you cannot easily go from typing in notability to typing in the other app. Notability doesn’t understand when you’ve tapped the other screen to put its keyboard away. Instead, you have to change the setting from text to something else (e.g. pencil), and THEN press the other app to start typing. Very frustrating, you’d think this would be fixed as it’s been a problem for quite a while!!

I want to have calculator built in the app so I don’t need to switch or jump to different app. I use the app for study maths so it will be more handy for me. I want to have website capture function as well.

This used to be a great app and I used it a lot. Not anymore, and the new privacy policy was the last drop. In order to access my previous notes I had to accept the privacy policy, my notes were taken hostage subject to the accept button - conflict with articles 6 and 7. GDPR art. 18 gives us the right ro restrict processing of data. How? Could not find anything in the settings.
