I have used Noteshelf since 2017 in our business for client meeting note/brief taking. For me to be able to review past documents, share my notes with team members or to be able to sketch up ideas it has proven itself to be a valuable tool. If you’re looking for a capable tool for business I can recommend this one, you won’t be disappointed. Heaps of features, easy to use.
This seems like a really capable note taking app, the one feature that is a deal breaker for me is not being able to nest folders…

I've tried everything else, and notes help was the best. But it had a few annoyances (exporting etc,). All of that is solved with version 2. Import is impressive, even on word docs, integration with the new iOS file system is perfect. Version 2 is so good at importing I have started using as my primary annotation app, so it surpasses pdf expert in my workflow. Wonderful, get it, use it!
Everything is good But as we are writing note here Especially most student deal with the formula Strongly recommend this app supporting editing formula in the TeX way If support importing TeX commands and export formulas (or even maybe the handwritten formula can be recognized) as TeX, I will pay double for this app.

The Noteshelf APP locks up after the holiday update... I can see some of my files.. but the APP is not responding.
Absolutely incredible, my complements to the dev team
I used to use the original Noteshelf app and then migrated to GoodNotes because it had OneDrive integration (work notes etc). Then NoteShelf 2 came out and I thought I’d give it a try. I’m now firmly of the opinion that this is the best note taking app available for iOS. It has a much nicer inking engine than GoodNotes (IMO), as well as all the various storage account integrations a business or personal user might need. On top of that, you can do voice recordings of meetings while taking notes - and now even does handwriting -> text conversions. Brilliant!
Despite paying for the pro version of this app I will not be using it anymore. During latest update, all of my existing notebooks were deleted and any new ones I created since the update do not save. Very disappointing.
