Poor customer service

Very disappointed with the poor customer service and correspondence. I didn’t receive my order from one of the sellers, contacted both seller and notothehigh, neither of them replied. Please advise how to initiate a refund

Superb Quality

I first bought the red candles for the Christmas period and they looked superb on our Christmas dining table. The surprise was how the candles didn’t drip at all, so no extra mess to clear up. Brilliant.

How to get an answer

I purchased a personalised whisky tumbler last month as a birthday present. The birthday has come and gone but I still haven’t got it dispute the delivery date saying it would be with me in time. However the charged amount and more has be taken from my bank account just days after the order went in. I can’t seem to contact whoever was supplying the tumbler, I need some help please.
