Locked my whole wages from me don’t have my money to pay for bills.
I made account and they said it’s gonna take 10 days to get card. So when I was able to see that I got accepted and had my account details I gave it to my boss so I can get paid into the account. Literally 3 days later they closed my account and they saying they gonna hold my wages for 2-3 months when I have bills to pay and need money to work and live. They don’t have number, that you can contact and they support team isn’t helping either. I don’t even care that they closed the account please give me my money so I can pay my bills. Guys it’s February 2023 and they still have not return my money and they are not replying to hundreds of emails that I have sent this company is fraude and thief’s please be careful. I literally sent them everything that they needed to know like where it come from which was work but they ghosted me after that with my money. Please be careful people.

Good morning, It’s been 7 months since you guys closed my account and my money is still with you guys!! When should expect my money back!! I have bills and kids to feed and for no reason your bank decided to close my account,keep my money without even updating me with why card claws cancelled or when I am going to get my money back…… somebody needs to get back to me asap my kids are sleeping hungry and I am soo behind with my bills.. please return my money back
I love this app before they closed
This app worked amazingly when I went travelling to countries such as Philippines, Myanmar and Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur, I was able to use the environmentally friendly card to offset some of my carbon footprint as well as being able to save the planet when travelling.
CHANGED TO BUSINESS ONLY ?!
The company keeps replying to these reviews with the same absolute nonsense saying they wont keep funds for longer than they should but ive been waiting a whole year !!!

They hold my £1445 for more than 6months still I’m waiting for response from novus!

App not ready
App store suggests there is a working app. I signed up 6 weeks ago and since then the app has nothing but a placeholder message saying they will resume onboarding in 24-72 hours.
Large percentage of 1* reviews too, Novus isn’t even trying to look trustworthy.

They have been holding my £1200 since May we are now in October they said there investigation take 2-3 months and it’s been longer than. A bank should never have your funds for me than 2-3 months what is this
