Terrible
The worst the most annoying system I ever experienced. Apple pay guys would do
Force you to download the app to see your bought ticket? Disgrace
Even after purchasing your ticket, you're unable to download it without installing their app. Furthermore, taking a screenshot is disabled, leaving you stranded if you lack internet access. Hardly user-friendly.
e-ticket
Not possible to screen shot the e-ticket, in case of internet loss.
Outdated Schedules
The app does not show accurate schedules. Because of that I nearly missed a flight.
bicycle
In the application is no information where there is a place for bicycles, this is frustrating
I can not see my journey right away but after a few days. It is annoying.
I recived journey history almost a week later meanwhile I could ask for refund in 24hours only. No i see that I did not check in only out, wchich is btw weird and I am not sure now am I able to get my money back.
Apple Pay
Pretty good app. When will you implement Apple Pay support?
Works like a charm
Not only does it contain the most basic and needed information but also some cool details if you are really liek trains.

Heel onhandig dat het niet meer mogelijk is om een kaartje met samenreiskorting te kopen bij de ticket machine. Onnodig ingewikkeld.
