Irritating and counterproductive

UncleDuMu on

Despite the annoying cartoon nonsense, I tried using this app. I’m working on my Macbook mid-morning when my iPhone lights up. “Hey! Got a few minutes for a procrastination story!?” No! NO!! I have not. I’m doing my work!!! You’re supposed to HELP me focus. Not distract me yourself!!!! You … you … yes. I’m going to say it. Unlike any ADHDer, Numo App: YOU HAD ONE JOB!!!!!!!!! As for that cartoon nonsense … “Cringe-free”? More like cringe-ful. This app purports to be for all ages but looks more aimed at 14yos than 40yos. Maybe I’m not the target market. I don’t want a “non-serious” username like, say, HyperfocusHound or ADDicted2Luv. ADHD can be a superpower as well as a curse but I’ve had quite enough of it being a hideous curse. Staying focused at work so I don’t get fired isn’t funny or cute. It’s life or death. The grinning strawberry doesn’t make me feel better. Instead, it lowers my opinion of the developers so rapidly there’s a sonic boom.

Great app

Y.E.L on

I’ve tried a lot of apps for adhd and find them annoying or frustrating. This app is simple and helps by having the brain dump function to remind me todo things and I feel rewarded at the end of the day when I look back at what I’ve accomplished.

Working well for me

Kim bag on

I’m often very reluctant to get involved in a sort your life out kind of app as often they begin to irritate me quickly with demands but this one I don’t feel like that. The app keeps record of your streak of how many days you’ve logged in in a row which is good although I’m not sure how I will cope if I lose my streak! But it doesn’t nag you if you don’t manage to do something each day! It is an app still in development so the creators ask questions about how things are working and are very open to suggestions.

Scam

baby-Cee-Ann x on

This app is a scam after my free trial they keep trying to take money out of my account even when I cancelled it and there is no way to cancel it in the App Store

Terrible customer service

Meaveybaby11 on

Forgot to cancel my subscription and it’s impossible to get in touch and cancel. Nightmare.

You have to pay and there is no way to access it without paying

yourappfailedme on

This app sounds all good and I thought it might help my ADHD but I can’t not pay and it’s too expensive for me. I filled in all the questions etc then every time you go to press the x it brings you back to the reviews and scrolling through them. If there is not a free version I would appreciate you guys making at least a more limited free version. Thanks, Theo!

Glitchy

ShabbaB on

Soo glitchy. Constantly loading or blank screen. Text that goes off the page so you can’t read it. Buttons overlapping. So disappointing

Simple but works

Goat7788 on

It’s simple, but the advice videos are good and it’s helped me develop a few good habits I wasn’t using before.

Amazing

Jlango2002 on

This is the only app I have ever given a review for and that’s because it is amazing! Everything you need is all in one place. You can set yourself tasks and targets and goals. You get rewards for completing said tasks. You get to ask other ADHDers for advise and tips. I wish I found this app sooner!!

Great
