Numo ADHD: Organizer & Planner

I struggle, as most people do, when they have ADHD. Even being on medication, my life still seems to be going in one thousand different directions. This app has really helped me with my routines and schedules. I am also apart of this great community of individuals who can come together, from all over the world, to support, encourage and listen when times get tough. Plus, I love being able to learn more about my ADHD. I get tips on how to handle different situations and hacks to help me with life. I love this app!!! Best thing to happen for my ADHD and I’m so glad that I stumbled upon it. 😍😍😍

At first glance this looks overly simple... Especially when you compare it to all those amazing task apps out there (and I've tried every one of them.) But I'm discovering that I may have ADHD and I have a history of setting up complex systems and discarding them ... From one app to another. Part of it is that other apps don't really fit how I work or think. This does. It's one list with easy capture that can be sorted quickly. It can be reorganized by you or AI. That's all I need to focus on what needs done. It might be useful to be able to add events from our calendar as tasks, so we have a quick and clear view of our day and we can organize around events. I also think the prioritization and tagging can be improved, but I like that there is no unnecessary AI stuff. Most AI tools in task apps have no use for me.

The UI needs a bit of a remodel in terms of where stuff is located, and I’d like to be able to edit routine items after i’ve completed them which you can’t at the moment you can only delete. Add an edit button to already completed things and also move themes + icons + confetti selection to settings.

I have major struggles with my adhd/cptsd. This app has made it so easy to keep life on track. I slip up every now and then with it but it always reminds you when your going to loose your streak. The app has sounds and rewards also that makes the user want to keep going. It’s completely free but you can also pay for it but the free was is just as amazing! Please if you have adhd or any kind of neurodivergence this is the app to use. DON’T BE FOOLED BY OTHER ADHD APPS! Also ADHD is a super power don’t let others shame you for your super power

still very new to the app. been paying for a while but didn’t really dedicate to it. i’m still working into it but ive been consistent for four days now & im really enjoying it. i love the layout & the font they use. god i wish i could have the font on my phone & not just in the app 😂 anyway, it’s pretty great honestly. i wish they would fix the comment section though. when i respond it either doesn’t go directly to the person im commenting on or it doesn’t give me the option to comment back at all.

Been using this app for over a year and it’s phenomenal! They’re constantly updating the app and fixing bugs and it’s honestly has made my life such a breeze even with a newborn.

I admittedly did not use the app very much but what little I did use it, it worked great! Their customer service is super responsive and helpful!
