I signed up to this not realising the cost, now I can’t seem to cancel it. Be warned!

Widget not displaying correctly after update

The right side of the widget has the weird translucent box around the mascot and streak making it look clunky and visually unappealing. Please fix this :(

Needs a more mature concept

I downloaded it during a free trial, and I love the prioritise lists, the educational side of it and later, more of a community feel. However, the interface and over all look is very much aimed at children and young adults. I like that you get rewards, helps boost that dopamine, but as an adult, I don’t want the reward to be a new emoji icon or stars falling down when I tick something off the list. As I said, great for kids and young adults but it was way too immature for me. Have an adult option where the rewards are like a free one on one with a specialist for an amount of points to you’ve accumulated. Something that will really help adults coping with ADHD.

SCAM!

THIS IS SO DISRESPECTFUL. I signed up for the trial, cancelled two days before the deadline and still 5 months later I am being incorrectly charged every month. I deleted the app and when I googled how to rectify this issue it has to be done “in App” well it does not recognise me as a previous user as my subscription SHOUID BE CANCELLED. Instead it tries to sig me up again with my bank details. I would like a refund for the last 5 months please, and to have no more debits from my account! This is marketed as a helpful tool for people with adhd, instead it preys on people like us and takes us for granted. DISGUSTING

Could be better, but so far it’s okay

I originally signed up as part of a study trial and whilst I like some of the functions the fact that you have to pay for it is ridiculous and shouldn’t be like that at all for all of it. It should have a lot of free basic options and then have more extensive in depth options.

Is ok … would love to be only using 1 app though

The list is great, but would be soooo much better if it had the option to have ‘daily tasks/rituals’ and another list for ‘other tasks/projects’. Tag way the list doesnt look overwhelming. Then I wouldn’t be using multiple apps. There are others out there like this but I have now ‘accidentally’ paid, so I feel I need to use it as to not waist the money 🫣

Really disappointed

I have paid to have the app, and now it won’t let me restore my purchase or enter into the app. I have contacted them and no one has even bothered to read my message though I sent it 3 days ago. I’ve requested a refund now and I am wondering if that will happen. It’s a shame because I loved the free trial and found it really helpful but now I feel like I have been scammed

Developer Scamming

I turned off auto-renew before the trial subscription ended yet the company still charged me, I have made attempts to contact the developer to resolve this but have had no response

Amazing

I’ve been able to stick with this app over the many others I’ve tried previously without feeling like it is work to open it. I suspect it’s the engaging colours, the dopamine hit of watching confetti falling down the screen after completing a task, the fact that its very simple and intuitive to use and that you get rewards and move up levels like a game 🥳 Well done Numo. A week in (a to do list app record for me) and have happily used and relied upon it every day.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD BEING CHARGED AFTER CANCEL

Billdrid on

Australia

I cancelled my “trial” the day after I started it only to be charged $23.56 a few days later for a subscription I had cancelled well before the free trial ended as for the app itself it’s a glorified to do list with some youtube videos attached certainly not worth a subscription free update months later I am still being charged after cancellation before the trial ended DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP
