The only serious nutrition app
This is a great app. It does its job well, it does not collect data and it is entirely free. It is the only app I could find that offers a micro-nutrients tracking. You can also find the sources for all the data.
My main usage is to try to make new recipes for a perfect diet in order to take care of my body, then to keep track of what I eat in a day with the journal to make sure I eat everything I need.
The only flaw I could find is that using a recipe inside another won’t include the nutrition facts of the sub-recipe in the nutrition facts of the main one. It would have been nice for some meal preparations for example.

Frustrated
There is little nutritional information in a useful way such as: a fresh tomato or potato. If I want to put a salad together, I cannot use this app.
