Nuuly Thrift FAQ
Is Nuuly Thrift free?
Yes, Nuuly Thrift is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Nuuly Thrift legit?
⚠️ The Nuuly Thrift app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
Horrible customer support. They never get back to you. Out of nowhere the app logs you out and you have to put your phone number in so they can send you a verification code. Code never comes. Their chat never works. I have money in my account that I’ll probably never see.
0/100
Terrible app I never got what I paid for and I can’t get a refund. Do not use this app to buy anything they might as well take it off the App Store it’s trash.
Good but could do better
I sell on over 8 platforms, this is certainly not the best but it’s a decent platform to list on if you’re not depending on it to make frequent sales. The pros are that one in a while you make a full priced sale. The cons; not not much traffic on the app so sales may be a couple weeks apart. It’s also frustrating that the photo layout is not the typical 1:1 square that all the other platforms use so you either have to deal with your photos being cut off on the sides or put in extra work and add boarders from another app. Wouldn’t recommend to someone who wants to use it as a main platform, but if you like getting notified you made a sale while busy on other platforms, I would recommend for the once in a while full priced sales.
I dont recommend DONT DOWNLOAD!!!
First of all this takes forever to post an item plus no traffic at all!!!
Waste of time I highly recommend others…. Like PM,Mercari,Depop,Vinted….
ugly clothes
decided to try this app out figuring its like depop but nope absolutely nothing stylish was very disappointed and deleted the app
Bugs and no traffic
I’ve encountered a lot of very frustrating bugs. One of which: I was unable to access the shipping label for a sold item for 2 days , so the buyer had to wait an unnecessary amount of time for me to ship their item ultimately making my shop look bad. Also, the 20% fee is high compared to other selling apps and it doesn’t seem like their user base is very substantial because making a sale takes forever. The aesthetic is nice though and I hope after some growing pains it becomes a viable app to cross list on.
App doesn’t work reliably
I wanted to try this platform to sell some stuff that’s in really good condition, and would have looked at things to buy, but haven’t been able to get any listings to load for the last week. Just updated to see if there was a bug fix, but still not working. I can’t even load my own listing to edit it.
Slow sales
Wish I could love this app because the aesthetics is great and shipping is always on the buyer (and one low cost!).however it’s next to impossible to get any traction. I’ve been on the app for about 4-5 months and have only made 2 sales. In comparison, I have sold many items on other platforms in the meantime. I think I need to stop crosslisting onto this app and give up on nuuly until they get the customer base they need for a selling app.
bad app
just use depop
Needs work
I’ve been on this app since the first day it opened and even though I have over 50 items for sale, I have only sold 2 things. I don’t like the fact that sellers can’t rate buyers, yet buyers can leave you feedback. And I can’t delete a message I sent someone no matter how many times I press delete. I like how easy it is to list items and the layout.
