VW alltrack

Every time I plug the OBDeleven there are crazy codes. Quick Stan and clean does the job all the time. Nothing wrong with the car.

Simply does not work how it should!

The device is faulty and does not work on iPhones. When I actually find the device on my bluetooth, I click to connect and the device connects for only a couple of minutes and then it suddenly disconnects completely. This happens multiple times and as a result doesn't allow me to work on my car at all.

Stop asking me to review

The app is good outside of the subscription service but the amount it prompts to review it makes it unusable so here’s my review. One star for being annoying and for this message to disappear.

Great service

Haven’t use it for a while just purchased more credits

Expensive

When I first bought the OBD scanner I knew they would charge for the modification parts and that’s fine. But when it comes to something as simple as resetting service intervals they want to charge you $4 per reset. Which is absurd. Useless besides knowing what code your car is throwing but that’s not worth the investment for this.

Scans and clears

That’s it, scan for codes and clear any lights. Anything more than that and you have to pay extra. Dongle should be priced at $20 if they’re going to charge the crazy credit fees to do any little thing. For a little bit more you can just buy VCDS and have unlimited access.

Nickel and dime till the end

I knew I’d have to pay for credits but this is just crazy. Put car in show mode 10 credits. Drops the car don’t can not be used again. Want to raise it? 10 more credits. Want to lower again? 10 more credits. This is a crazy business model. Everything cost money every time you use it. Just glad I bought it somewhere I can return it

Login via AppleID doesn’t work

And support doesn’t bother to answer.

I originally had the OBD11 pro then that went obsolete so I bought the new version which wasn’t cheap! Like many other reviews have stated all I wasn’t able to login to my old account so I had to set up a new account which I did through IOS app. Finally I was able to login and purchase to make a few changes to my dash and lights. Used it another time and it worked fine as well. Then I needed to scan my partners car and the Apple Sign in would work so I assumed ok let me reset my password. Email to reset was sent. I go through that process and get an error stating I already have an Account. Well I know that! That is how I got the reset email. Needless to say I wasn’t able to login at all. So when I needed this the most to clear out any codes prior to us purchasing another car and getting the most money for our trade in it failed me! I am still not able to log in so now I have lost money twice! And the sad part is that I didn’t even make it a big deal that I lost my first set of credits so here we go again these will be lost because I can’t login even though I spent money on the new version of the device! I don’t understand how so many people can keep reporting the same issues and they won’t do a simple fix! They sure make it easy for you to purchase credit to buy the apps which is crazy that you have to use credit to reverse something you already payed for. Not a good company and they clearly don’t care about their customers!
