Just unreliable. At this moment sweating and waiting for a UEN transfer payment to reflect so that I can collect my item and leave but can’t because even though the payment was authorised (received the SMS) the it isn’t reflected in the expenses tab of the app and the vendors haven’t received the payment either. Unsure what to do :/

What are you guys doing?
Although the app improved in speed this recent update, why did you remove the save payee function? Now i have to type in the UEN numbers each and every time im making a payment. Saved time on transaction speed but i end up using more time making payments as i have to type in the uen numbers. So inefficient 😂
Saved UEN / mobile numbers don’t appear automatically

When making payment transfers, I do so to the same suppliers on a regular basis. It is frustrating that their registered UEN / mobile numbers don’t appear automatically as suggested like before and I have to refer to them manually on another page to key into the box to fill in the registered UEN/ mobile numbers manually instead. I am on ios 17.4.1.

Why ruin what was not broken?
Was okay with the app experience until they decided to remove saved UEN payees on the mobile app. Now I have to search for my payee’s UEN then type it in, every single time. It’s totally stupid, unproductive, an annoying. It should be top priority to fix this but days and maybe even weeks are going by.
Log in notification does not pop up after update
After updating the app, the log in notification access does not appear anymore even though it is switched on. Please do something about it.
Using on IOS
After the update, all contacts for payment is lost under UEN
Problem solved
The only way to solve the problem from this buggy bank apps is switch to another bank.

Keep having issue. Will close on it own after logging in. After update, all UEN contacts gone!
