Couldn’t see to whom the payment was made

The past month has been terrible. Notifications either doesn’t comes in when I log in via my computer for online transactions or now worse, the OneToken icon is missing, after I uninstalled and reinstalled the app

Horrible since i update latest version, i can’t receive notifications on my mobile device to login. Also the backup method with OneTrust also doesn’t work as the icon has dissapeared from my app! Pls fix immediately as this is VERY disruptive. horrible!

I don’t know how many time I need to log in just to transfer money. Pls fix the bug thanks

I tried to launch the app today and it asks me to update so I did. After which I’m unable to process my payment. Asked me to tap on a notification which I do not receive. It’s so frustrating trying to use this app, no wonder the rating is 2 star.

Totally can’t login this app. Tried n times just to get the Otp to login but I couldn’t receive any sms otp!!! Other way can’t also. Wasting my time!!!

Tried registering my token for the first time and it couldn’t move pass the password section. Then it states to do the whole process again but the App stuck at repeat notification of “the link is invalid. Please restart the OneToken reactivation process”. Can’t click anything else either. The whole page sticker.

Useless app, only can view balance 👎🏻

It would be great if the app allows to approve the transaction from the task lists. Otherwise this app would be quite pointless.

Just unreliable. At this moment sweating and waiting for a UEN transfer payment to reflect so that I can collect my item and leave but can’t because even though the payment was authorised (received the SMS) the it isn’t reflected in the expenses tab of the app and the vendors haven’t received the payment either. Unsure what to do :/
