Took an hour just to download 12 bank statements.

Really fantastic app, works all over the world and can access your account anytime.

I updated the app recently, was logged out and asked to generate OTP which doesnt exist. I am not able to use the app anymore. Complete failure.

This was working perfectly until the new version about OneToken business, I am now not been able to logon to the online banking since. OTP never sent to my phone, kept asking me to update the version of App, I have done uninstalled and re installed five times, yet still not working. Extremely frustrated!

Online banking is supposed to streamline our time commitments. What’s the point if you have to return time and again to make payment. I have waited 10/15 mins sometimes to make payments to other people. Sometimes it just fails to work.

Beyond me why its so tough to get this right. Chuck money please at this or you will be replaced.

Really badly designed app. The year is 2020, bank branches are being replaced by apps and sadly ocbc isn’t keeping up with the trend.

What have you guys done. It crashes. It’s slow. It hangs. It doesn’t start. It is a mess. Hope 3.8 is 3.6 or better.

Just unreliable. At this moment sweating and waiting for a UEN transfer payment to reflect so that I can collect my item and leave but can’t because even though the payment was authorised (received the SMS) the it isn’t reflected in the expenses tab of the app and the vendors haven’t received the payment either. Unsure what to do :/
