Cannot receive push notifications at all from OCBC after update apps
I tried to conduct online purchases using my laptop/ web browser and OCBC credit cards for the past 2 weeks and I did not manage to receive push notifications at all from my iPhone. When I switch to using other credit cards, I received the push notifications on my phone immediately and my transactions went on smoothly without any issue. OCBC Apps certainly need major improvement to remain competitive. I can log into the apps but cannot confirm my transactions as there is no outlet or notification at all.
