It is scam
It is fraud and scam. When I tried to withdraw my money they suspended my account and I cannot even log in. Costumer service does not help and just tells me wait up to 30 days!!!! Do not add your bank card number and not your identity cards
Many features and great usability
The OKX app supports trade with crypto, both on market and direct P2P with other OKX users. The P2P system works great, with multiple fiat currencies and other cryptos like BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC and DAI. The app also supports trade with third party services, which however seem a bit overpriced. Scams do seem to occur on the P2P market, so one should be careful, as not all users are verified by OKX. When selling P2P, I’ve experienced a couple of users trying to fool me with fake payment receipts and other fake proof, and there doesn’t seem to be an effective way of reporting scammers. The system provides many helpful tips on how to invest, and teaches you about the crypto-market, which is a big plus for all new users. The interface is a bit weird at times, as some visual clarity is obscured by all the options at hand, but you learn your way pretty fast. OKX gives you the opportunity to first hand trade, copy trade, not trade, dual invest, loan and much more, giving you options on how you want to invest, rather it be for passive income or more aggressive strategies. So far my experience has been great, however it might need some optimization - both interface wise and on the P2P side. I want a clearer system to report other users, as this would create a greater sense of security. Overall, I think the app is worth a 4/5 stars.
WARNING!!!
Service is at a 0 level. Auto trade bot is working on minus. I was cheated for 3150 USDT, made a police report, provided the whole information about the user, they didn’t take any action. WARNING!!! Don’t use this platform!!!
Worst customer service ever .
Just email back and forward for weeks with same note every time instead of reading my email and help me out !! The app contains alot of scammers , should be better control there !!
Support is a joke
They have absolutely no knowledge of It security. Stay away from this scam.

Не пользовался приложением очень нахваливал , дизайн и все в целом , но спустя три месяца решил закинуть денег и по пользоваться ,разочаровался Надеюсь мелочи и разработчики все исправят
