My account not vitrifying

Cannot sell my bitcoin
I’m trying to sell my £500 worth of bitcoin but the app taking me to where 12 questionnaire to answer. But it is impossible for me to answer these questions. There for cannot sell it. Why is it so difficult to sell it but buying is the opposite. I’m very well stuck over here and cannot get my money.
Unapproved approval on my wallet account
This account has rinsed my okx account and i didn’t approve for it to be there. I have contacted customer support several times and nothing has been done about ut or that account. I cant provoke that account because OKX wont allow me to invest in crypto like it used to
Poor customer service
I had issue whilst using this platform but USDT from a merchant using this platform Even though ok says normally arrive within 30 minutes please wait 24 hours. This I did and when I contacted support to set up a dispute. There verdict was because the merchant had drawn the money from the bank they couldn’t do anything for me Be careful for traderboss he is a fraud!!! The worse experience I’ve encountered and would be carful using this platform as they give you no security at all
