Ho visto una sola recensione risalente a due anni fa che parla di un “ottimo servizio clienti”. Informo Apple che OKX, attraverso fantomatici operatori, mi ha derubato 11.300 dollari ( screenshot disponibili), il servizio clienti non esiste, non esiste un help desk, non esiste un customer care, non esiste una mail ufficiale. Sono truffatori patentati ( in quello sono molto bravi ) e dichiarano di essere in azienda informatica ( così si legge su Facebook) mentre sono delle sanguisughe che derubano la gente. Onde evitare ciò che è accaduto a me e a tante altre persone, chiedo che Apple sospenda immediatamente questo exchange composto da truffatori

TRUFFATO
Evitate quest’app, o almeno state molto attenti. Ho effettuato una transazione P2P per scambiare denaro e ricevere crypto,(USDT) e già qui è scandaloso che si debba usare il P2P per fare una transazione; In ogni caso ho fatto il bonifico a un soggetto esterno, i soldi gli sono arrivati o per lo meno dal mio conto sono usciti, ma io non ho ricevuto nulla in cambio. Ho contattato l’assistenza per farmi rimborsare ed è stata un’esperienza VERGOGNOSA, continuavano a prendermi in giro, gli mandavo le prove con video e foto della transazione avvenuta e in continuazione dicevano che le prove non erano valide, almeno 4 volte. Dopo aver insisto ed essermi infuriato con loro hanno accettato le prove, le stesse prove che fino a prima non accettavano. Dopo qualche giorno mi hanno detto di aspettare che risolvessero e poi se ne sono usciti “sono passati 3 gg dalla tua risposta la richiesta è conclusa” mi hanno praticamente chiuso la richiesta e non hanno provveduto a risolvere il mio problema
