Extremely poor customer support and inefficient authentication system
My account has been requiring id verification for over 3 months now. Every attempt fail. About 2 months with customer support, no resolution. OKX customer support has gone rounds and rounds wasting my time. This has caused financial and opportunity losses for me. To this date, still no resolution. Also their only support is via email. No contact number. No support escalation. No urgency. I don’t think this complies with Australian regulations.

So happy they made the pro version similar to the old model, aud markets, no more getting ripped off by the others! Also, great coins fast on/off ramp for fiat.
The verification process isn't working
I was excited to try OKX, but the broken verification process was a major disappointment. If you don't want to waste your time, I strongly recommend sticking with Binance
