No jobs is a dead app

One of the most cheapest idiotic Ola app and their support team. Absolutely worse. I've lost words what to say.

Absolutely rubbish. Nearly month tryinga to sign up. Everything gets verified and after that all documents gets wiped out from the app and they says apparently I’ve cancelled my application!!! Not to forget driver support is absolutely crap. No support at all from this Indian support centre. Already crossed over 20 tickets but no action apart from false hopes

This app is ok, but once you accept a job you can’t see any information about until you pick up the rider. I can’t even screenshot the front screen info when looking at the job before accepting

They claim to review documents max 72hours!!! I submitted documents on 3rd April 2023 and was reviewed on 26 April 2023🤦🏻‍♂️ that is around 552h. I did contacted customer service multiple times. Joined Ola in London UK when they launched a few years ago. How nicely they treating their drivers!!! What a SHAME…!!!🤦🏻‍♂️ Glad that I have Uber (they review documents in max 72 minutes not hours) otherwise I easily could end up begging on the street 😅

Not many jobs available on the app, very rare jobs that do pop up the pick ups are usually miles away, defo no surge, also you make it extremely harder to get docs approved for adding a new vehicle which is not necessary because the same docs that Uber and bolt approve you have issues with it and as a result the account doesn’t get active. Clearly the extra strictness isn’t required by TfL but you do it for your own satisfaction which effects your own revenue and as well as inconvenience for driver partners. Also not many customers are aware of Ola app that’s prob why Ola gets un noticed by many riders hence no jobs and it’s not a reliable source of income for any driver partner in london

The message “ verification failed “. It very irritating

Uploaded documents 2 weeks ago, still not verified. Every time I call they say”a concern has been made to the relevant team and wait for another 24 -72 hours. Whenever you call OLAthe call goes to some call centre in INDIA and the are useless people , who are only trained to say same greeting and goodbye sentences. Please don’t waste your time with this rubbish and low class base, UBER or BOLT are way better than OLA.

I can’t add new car on account over 9 months. Poor company, poor app
