เจ้าหน้าที่รับโทรศัพท์ สุภาพ อ่อนโยน น้ำเสียงใจดี ให้คำแนะนำดีมากทุกขั้นตอน มีความอดทนสูงกับผู้สูงไว พาสมัครแอ็ปและให้กำลังใจไม่เร่งรัด ทำให้ผู้ใช้บริการอย่างเรามีความสบายใจและแน่นใจว่าจะทำได้ถูกทุกขั้นตอน ขอบคุณมากค่ะ❤️

ไม่สามารถกดเข้าฟังก์ชัน FWD Insurance เพื่อตรวจสอบข้อมูลกรมธรรม์ หรือชำระเบี้ยได้ค่ะ กดแล้วแอพพลิเคชั่นเด้งออกทุกครั้ง รบกวนแก้ไขให้ด้วยค่ะ

แอพเข้าใจง่ายมาก เบิกเคลมง่ายมากไม่ต้องไปที่บริษัทหรือว่าโทรไปหาคอลเซ็นเตอร์ให้ยุ่งยากเหมือนบริษัทอื่น แค่เคลมในแอพได้เลยสบายมากบางทีเคลมไปไม่ถึง1วันได้เงินแล้ว และกรมธรรม์ที่ทำไว้เกี่ยวกับประกันสุขภาพประทับใจมากคือท้องเสียนอนโรงพยาบาล2วันเบิกเคลมง่ายมากไม่เหมือน ของบริษัทอื่นที่เคยทำไว้ที่นึง บริษัทนั้นแย่มากเอาเปรียบลูกค้าสุดๆถ้าไปนอนโรงบาลแล้วไข้ไม่ถึง 38 คือเบิกเคลมไม่ได้กรมธรรม์ก็ห่วยแต่ตอนนี้บอกเลยว่ามีประกันทุกตัวของFWDหมดเลยและทำไว้แค่บริษัทเดียวและเบิกเคลมง่ายมาก น้องพนักงานขายพูดจาสุภาพตลอดการขาย ให้คำแนะนำดี ประทับใจสุดๆเลยค่ะจากใจที่เป็นลูกค้าหลายปี สมแล้วที่ FWD คือบริษัทประกันอันดับ1ของประเทศไทย🧡
