Hi there, I have OnSong 2020 and have just changed iPads. I am having trouble moving my 300 songs across to the new iPad. Beam doesn’t seem to work. I ideally don’t want to have pay for the newer app and then still don’t know how I could transfer everything. Some help would be appreciated
Downloaded the app, paid the sub and it refuses to recognise that I’m not on the freebie. Loaded all the songs which then disappeared. Loaded them again….again they disappeared. Silence from the support teams except an email that said they would refer this to billing. In theory, it should be a great app.
Since the update we cannot share the song list to our other iPads.
I have lost all my sets and songs to many times to ever trust this app again And it just added 1700 single letter songs
Require frequent login at most inconvenient times even when using same device. Software sometimes hangs on iPad Air g5. Caused major during a gig If you write a negative review you can’t send it because all Nick names to use are taken.

I have been using OnSong since it first arrived on the internet. I was excited to get all the songs I wrote and others I play and sing from paper and binders to an online format. I couldn't have been happier. I'm still using OnSong today after many years and the app has become an amazing tool for songwriting and maintaining a song list for practice and performance. There are many apps out there that do similar but none seem to have the functionality that OnSong does.
I’ve been using OnSong for some time. I love not having to carry around different bits of paper and books. I have all of my songs in one place. I can easily change key for the singer and I get to show others that play different instruments their chord diagrams. Setting up a set list is so easy. I can change the order and add or delete any song with ease. Use the trial so see what it’s like for yourself.
You don't know what they will do with there licensing from one minute to the next. 1 minute you buy the app, then they remove it from sale and release a subscription only model. Really unprofessional and non customer focussed company.
Don’t know what all the issues are about with some OnSong reviews - it is one of the best - used it for years and they have great tutorials and support - couldn’t live without it - works great live and in studio.Keep up the great work.
