Ooreedoo application and websites are terrible

We’re shocked that the application and web site are so slow, so primitive, and so unreliable and unpredictable in the 22nd century!

very bad app

That app is probably the worst operator apps I ever used. I can not see my number and activities. It is very misleading as when you choose travelling menu you can buy expensive GB but in fact there are they are not usable in a foreign country… I contacted the support multiple time without result.

Clunky and confusing

I initially had my Ooredoo numbers as a prepaid service. Created an Ooredo account for this number without any issue just used my passport number as my ID. after receiving my QID i converted to post paid and was ulasked to update the ID data. tried to update it myself using ooredo app but was unsuccessful! I Went to one of Ooredo shop in Doha, the Ooredo rep. tried to update the data with no luck. He then created a new Ooredo account for the same number but use a random email account. It worked. But i now ended up with 2 Ooredo account for the same number. One account can be accessed using my original email and password, but the data was not updated ie. still show the number as prepaid and ID used was my passport number. The 2nd account can only be accessed from my phone without any correct email address but the data is more updated ie. my QID and the service is for my post paid Ooredoo.. both accounts refer to the same mobile number..so confusing 🤯

Waste so much of my time VODAPHONE may be the alternative

Needs a few more features

Can’t see what my credit has been spent on. Can’t see how long data recharge is valid for when purchasing data.

Shortcomings

Links don’t work. Functions to vary/cancel mosaic unavailable. Basic stuff
