Horrible service and high nose company
Ooredoo don’t has any clue about customer service and absolutely unqualified staff.
The only phrase they can say „.... hi, please consider our sincerest apologies ... bla bla bla“
But a service they never provide !!!
I had several tickets - ALL UNRESPONDED !!!!!!! to my satisfaction.
They only try to earn time and make you boring, that you lose patience and stop to try to get a answer !!!
It seems, they don’t like to deliver a service, what would be very easy for them - absolutely uneducated and qualified !!!
If I had a choice, I would chance immediately to Vodafone.
They take customer service seriously and I was always satisfied with them.
Ooredoo is a horrible company !!!! and stays only on a high tower, because Vodafone isn’t everywhere at the moment.
I wait for Vodafone !!!
