Can no longer manage all accounts through Face ID log I
So previously I have been able to manage both my phone and home internet accounts by logging in through Face ID. Since the update I can no longer see my home internet account on here and speaking to a chat representative they said this has always been the case, as if I am lying. They say they have improved customer experience but they have made it worse. So to see all accounts I have been told I have to log in through username and password, the least secure of all the log in options. So I now have to switch off logging in through Face ID.
