Can no longer manage all accounts through Face ID log I
So previously I have been able to manage both my phone and home internet accounts by logging in through Face ID. Since the update I can no longer see my home internet account on here and speaking to a chat representative they said this has always been the case, as if I am lying. They say they have improved customer experience but they have made it worse. So to see all accounts I have been told I have to log in through username and password, the least secure of all the log in options. So I now have to switch off logging in through Face ID.

The worst app on the planet
What the hell has happened to this app? After an update, I can only use the app to top up once. When I run out of credit a few days later and opt to top up, the app doesn’t work. I have to delete it, reinstall it and only then be capable of topping up my account. And every single time like this!
Not working for months now
The app is not working for months now. I specifically mean when you want to log in using your account. It’s restricted to OTP log-in which has limited options.
Ooredoo charges so much. Why they can’t get their app to work for months? Lousy?
Impossible to use
The app is impossible to use. During the logging in sequence, it just refreshes constantly, giving no access to your account. Updates have be downloaded, but the same problem persists.
Poor Service and Poor Customer Service
I’m trying to transfer my number away from ooredoo, but this has turned into my worst nightmare!
They said when I tried to transfer that something didn’t comply so go to a Vodafone store to rectify the issue which I did!
I then tried to send an SMS to switch again but then then restricted my SMS messages!
I contacted customer chat and I was told someone would contact me within the hour to sort this issue out! Well they contacted me but I think I have found the most unhelpful person who works at Ooredoo! So I had to give up talking to him!
Now I have just checked my account to find out that my whole account is restricted know!!
Please if you are thinking of joining Ooredoo don’t!
