I am a prepaid customer and it is important for me to know my credit/data balance. An older version allow us to check balance. This latest version did not provide balance check. It's a troublesome when suddenly getting an SMS telling that the credit/data is expiring soon. Have to rush to store to get my top up. I suggest Ooredoo include balance check like the old version so people like me can easily plan when to add on our credit. No rushing and life getting easier!
Customer service said, “click here click here then you will get to the View Bill to print PDF.” The page is non-existence, I said. Gave them screenshots of the pages. “Download latest version,” CS said. I downloaded latest version … page to download bill and print pdf still doesn’t exist and now there is message “the operation couldn’t be completed. OoredooNetworkLayerPackage.InternalError error 1.” 🤣🤣
Unable to pay the bill/top up credit or data by using debit card, please fix the issue
I downloaded the apps yesterday and it showed Service Issue today in which I was able to access to the Apps yesterday. However, I can log in to my acc on the Ooredoo website, and have no idea why can’t I log in to the mobile apps. Please solve this.
Can you enable the feature to auto remind the user when hala credit or data is about to expire
