Too complicated
I think a supposed “detoxing” or restrictive apps should have simple visual to actually have a meaning full affect. But this is too over the top and i would only recommend it to people who work on phones or their Mac because this needs constant attention

I love this app
My screen time has decreased from 5hr to 2hr a day thanks to this app. I now have more time to dedicate to my personal projects and attend my singing classes. I no longer have to stay up late to finish work. Btw, I also love the design of this app. Highly recommend it to everyone!
