Open GPX Tracker

I needed a mapping app for a GPX file of a trail that I found online. I came across this app and worked perfectly - super simple to use and straightforward. I used it today on a bike ride and it worked perfectly.

Like the app. Would be nice if you could import .gpx files. Dave

I use this app when leading driving tours. I create maps in another tool, then load the GPX files from that tool into this app. I can then easily follow my preplanned routes. It makes the whole process very simple. The only enhancement I would make is to allow the route colour and thickness of the line adjustable.

I use the GPX Tracker to create the gpx file I need to geotag my photos taken with my DSLR camera. Unfortunately, as the app doesn’t auto save the file as it goes I often lose the session’s track data because I forget to save it - that’s why I’ve only rated it 3-stars today. Please add an auto save option when you have the time. Thanks

App works well and does save gpx files as well as waypoints

This does not record the information. Only waypoints.

I manually lock/unlock screen when running the app. Practically it's not difficult to turn the tracking on for some seconds and off for a period.

Great app for creating a GPX track from a hike or other activity. I appreciate the simple user interface. It would be nice if it was able to save the OpenTopoMap for a specific area for offline use.

Noting special, but then it’s free Will get the job done and maybe a good place to start before “paying” for one of the more professional apps I used it to test loading saved GPX and worked fine - zero issues Again, worth trying
